Be one of our first moms to bloom
5 Minutes Back to Me is brand new, made with love by Hygarbe from what real moms told us they need most: a break, and a way back to themselves. Start your garden, then tell us how it's growing. Your story could help the next tired mom say yes to herself.
Little questions, answered
I really don't have time. Will this work for me?
Yes. Every day takes about 5 minutes, less than one reel scroll. Do it during a nap, with your chai, or at midnight. It all counts.
What if I miss a day, or a whole week?
Nothing bad happens. Your garden simply waits. There's no catching up and no guilt. Just open the next page when you're ready.
Is it only for new moms?
No. It's for every mom, whether your child is 3 weeks or 13 years old. If you need a break or miss feeling like yourself, it's for you.
I don't have a supportive partner or help nearby.
That's okay. Nothing depends on a partner, family or money. Every day that involves another person has a gentle option you can do on your own.
Is this just another journal?
It's mostly a game: about 70% play. You earn suns, colour flowers, collect badges and finish with a certificate. Very little writing.
What exactly do I get?
A 52-page workbook in three versions (Printable PDF, Fillable PDF and iPad Digital Planner) plus a 2-page Start Here guide. It's a digital download, so nothing is shipped.
How do I receive it?
Instantly. Right after payment you'll see your download link, and it's also sent to your email.
Can I use it on my phone or iPad?
Yes. Use the Fillable PDF on your phone or laptop (Adobe Acrobat Reader works best), or the iPad Planner in GoodNotes or Notability.
Can I do it again?
Yes. It's yours to keep. Print fresh pages or start a new digital copy whenever life gets heavy again.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. It's a playful self-care workbook for everyday life, not a medical or mental-health treatment. If you're feeling very low for a long time, please talk to your doctor.
You don't need to become someone new. Just make a little room for you.
30 days. 5 minutes a day. Start today, and watch yourself bloom.
